LOAD CELL FOR SERVO PRESS APPLICATION
For Servo Press application, a ring type load cell if offered, with two rings, outer and inner rings, connected with beams. The strain gauges are pasted on the beams to read the bending force, the force which is applied on the components to be pressed/formed by the pressure applied by the screw rod.
The strain gauges are formed in the wheat stone bridge format to obtain a balanced load signal.
A digital indicator, panel mounted type is offered, which provides the excitation voltage to the load cell and also receives and processes the signal received from the load cell. The digital indicator, will amplify this signal and indicate the load in the 3 and half digits display. Also this will give output of 0-10V DC and 4-20mA proportional to the force exerted.
